Job summary

Sephora Canada seeks a Store Operations and Talent Manager to lead people and operations at the specified store location in Canada. You will oversee staffing, scheduling, training, and execution of Sephora’s standards, reporting to the Store Director and coordinating with Client Experience and Beauty Services Managers.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of management experience in beauty, retail, or customer service.
• Experience recruiting, staffing, and hiring across store positions, including leadership.
• Proven ability to build high-performing teams and develop talent.
• Ability to handle tough conversations with managerial courage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficient in Windows, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Talent Champion—conduct final interviews for key positions using the ATS as needed.
• Training and development—create and execute the store's training strategy with Education partners.
• Scheduling and payroll—oversee weekly schedules and payroll processes per policy.
• Performance assessment—write annual reviews and manage performance processes.
• Operational excellence—oversee inventory, shipping, receiving, returns, testers, and counts.
• Entrepreneurial spirit—demonstrate understanding of sales, staffing, and store expenses.
