Job summary

Shoppers Drug Mart in Ontario is seeking an enthusiastic associate to support customer service, cash handling and merchandising across the store. You will ensure policies are followed, assist customers, and help maintain store image.

Responsibilities

• Manages human resources tasks: train cashiers and merchandisers, ensure policy compliance.
• Oversees loss prevention: manage cash office inventory and cashier tracking.
• Maintains customer service: handle inquiries, refunds, exchanges and CSI surveys.
• Oversees merchandising: ensure shelves are clean, displays set up per direction.
• Upholds general store standards: housekeeping, safety and policies; perform clerical tasks as needed.
• Occasionally performs cashier duties and other duties as required.
