Job summary

Freedom Mobile in Canada is seeking a Store Manager to lead one of our retail locations on a full-time basis. You will create a positive team environment, drive morale, and boost store performance through effective supervision and customer service excellence.

Your day-to-day includes coaching and mentoring staff, setting clear objectives, resolving customer issues, and coordinating scheduling and recruitment to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management at a store level is required.
• Wireless industry experience is preferred.
• Post-secondary diploma/degree is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and empower store team to achieve morale, development, and performance goals.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to ensure success of employees and the team.
• Set clear objectives, give direction, and take corrective action for performance improvement.
• Own customer issue resolution and take swift action to retain customers.
• Communicate issues and initiatives clearly to staff and coordinate scheduling and recruitment to ensure efficient store operations.
