Job summary

Showcase is seeking a Store Manager in Vaughan, Canada, to lead a dynamic retail team and drive top-line growth. Reporting to the District Manager, you will recruit, develop and retain talent while delivering an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

You will coach and energize staff, ensuring product knowledge is outstanding and store demos engage customers. The role requires flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on meeting sales

• Minimum of two years of manager experience in a retail environment.
• High level of customer focus with clear, engaging communication.
• Effective coach who can inspire top performers.
• Superior time management and organizational skills.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, holidays.
• Demonstration experience is an asset.
