Job summary

Showcase is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-energy retail team in Northwestern Ontario. Reporting to the District Manager, you will drive top-line sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will recruit and develop talent, motivate the team, and ensure store standards are met with engaging communication, flexible scheduling, and a passion for retail-tainment.

Qualifications

• Two years of manager experience in a retail environment.
• Strong customer focus with clear and engaging communication skills.
• Proven coaching ability to inspire top performers and manage time effectively.

• Accountable for recruiting, developing and retaining top talent
• High level of passion and energy, while providing an expert level of product knowledge
• Create a fun and interactive atmosphere, including store front demos
• Ensure your Team meets sales goals and key metrics
• Executing company standards in all store operations

What you’ll need to be successful…

• A minimum of two years’ manager experience in a retail environment
• A high level of customer focus with clear and engaging communication skills
• Effective coach who has the ability to inspire top performers
• Superior time management and organizational skills
• Flexible availability – including days, nights, weekends, holidays
• Demonstration experience an asset
