Job summary

Showcase – Home of the Hottest Trends is seeking a Store Manager to drive top-line sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced retail setting.

Reporting to the District Manager, you will recruit, develop and inspire a high-performing team, maintain product knowledge, and ensure store standards while managing schedules and events. This role offers a salaried position, monthly bonus, benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• A minimum of two years’ manager experience in a retail environment.
• Strong customer focus with clear and engaging communication skills.
• Proven ability to coach and inspire top performers.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

• Superior time management and organizational skills
