Showcase is hiring for an Assistant Manager in Vaughan, Canada. You will lead a team to deliver a fun, high-energy guest experience by demonstrating the hottest products and driving store sales. You will help meet personal and store goals while keeping customers engaged and informed.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fun, engaging guest experience while demonstrating and selling trending products.
• Create an interactive atmosphere with storefront demos.
• Drive sales through engagement, suggestive selling, and product knowledge.
• Achieve and maintain sales goals and key metrics.
• Assist in daily store tasks such as merchandising, price changes, and stock.

What We’re Looking For…

As we continue our growth we are looking for people who will provide a fun and unique guest experience by demonstrating and selling the hottest trending products in retail. You will be asked to maximize the sales of the store by achieving and surpassing personal productivity goals while being a part of an exciting and highly energetic team environment.

What You’ll Be Doing…

• High level of passion and energy, while providing an expert level of product knowledge
• Create a fun and interactive atmosphere, including storefront demos
• Drive sales through the engagement of customers, suggestive selling and sharing product knowledge
