Job summary

Showcase is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Canada to drive top-line sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You’ll lead a team, develop talent, and execute store initiatives with energy and passion.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will create an engaging in-store atmosphere, mentor staff, and collaborate on marketing opportunities while maintaining strong product knowledge and operational standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in specialty retail, preferably mall-based.
• Excellent communicator comfortable speaking to audiences.
• Familiar with social media platforms.
• Effective coach who inspires top performers.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Flexible availability – days, nights, weekends, holidays.
• Demonstration experience is a plus.
• Fun and energetic attitude.

• High level of passion and energy, while providing an expert level of product knowledge
• Create a fun and interactive atmosphere, including storefront demos
• Ensure your Team meets sales goals and key metrics
• Executing company standards in all store operations

What you’ll need to be successful…

• A minimum of 2 years experience with a successful track record in specialty retail, preferably mall-based retail
• An excellent communicator who is not afraid to be in front of an audience
• In tune with various social media platforms
• An effective coach who has the ability to inspire top performers
• Superior time management and organizational skills
• Flexible availability – including days, nights, weekends, holidays
• Demonstration experience an asset
