Job summary

Showcase is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to drive growth and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will recruit, develop and engage a sales team while leading by example.

You will seize marketing opportunities, participate in mall initiatives, coach top performers, and ensure store standards and sales goals are met. Flexible availability and a fun, energetic approach are valued.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in specialty retail, mall-based preferred
• Excellent communicator with audience-facing experience
• In tune with social media platforms
• Effective coach who inspires top performers
• Superior time management and organizational skills
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, holidays
• Demonstration experience is an asset

• Accountable for recruiting, developing and retaining top talent
• Looking for marketing opportunities and participating in Company/Mall initiatives
• High level of passion and energy, while providing an expert level of product knowledge
• Create a fun and interactive atmosphere, including storefront demos
• Ensure your Team meets sales goals and key metrics
• Executing company standards in all store operations

What You’ll Need To Be Successful…

• A minimum of 2 years experience with a successful track record in specialty retail, preferably mall‑based retail
• An excellent communicator who is not afraid to be in front of an audience
• In tune with various social media platforms
• An effective coach who has the ability to inspire top performers
• Superior time management and organizational skills
• Flexible availability – including days, nights, weekends, holidays
• Demonstration experience an asset
