Job summary

Showcase, a leading retailer known as the Home of the Hottest Trends, is seeking a Store Manager to lead store operations in Canada. The role focuses on growing top line sales while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will recruit, develop and retain top talent, coach teams, and drive performance through engaging leadership and hands-on product knowledge. Reporting to the District Manager, you will foster a dynamic front-end culture with demos, ensure sales goals are met, and uphold

• Minimum of two years’ manager experience in a retail environment.
• High level of customer focus with clear and engaging communication skills.
• Effective coach who can inspire top performers.
• Superior time management and organizational skills.
