Showcase is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team, drive top-line sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Reporting to the District Manager, you will recruit, train, and retain talent while maintaining store standards and a high-energy environment.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays. This is a salaried position with bonus opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

• Minimum of two years’ manager experience in a retail environment.
• High level of customer focus with clear and engaging communication skills.
• Effective coach with ability to inspire top performers.
