Job summary

Showcase is hiring a Store Manager to lead a team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving top-line sales growth. Reporting to your District Manager, you will recruit, develop and inspire staff, while maintaining energetic store operations and a fun, interactive atmosphere.

The role requires hands-on leadership, ability to coach top performers, strong communication, and a passion for retail excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ manager experience in a retail environment.
• Strong customer focus with clear and engaging communication skills.
• Proven ability to coach and inspire top performers.
• Superior time management and organizational skills.
• Flexible availability – including days, nights, weekends, holidays.
• Demonstration experience an asset.
