Job summary

Thom Browne, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager in Vancouver to lead a team and deliver an exceptional client experience while leveraging entrepreneurial skills to grow the business.

You will motivate staff, implement strategic goals, manage budgets, optimize inventory, and uphold premium standards in service and presentation. A strong emphasis on clienteling and relationship-building is key for success.

Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of experience as a retail leader, preferably in luxury fashion.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to drive results and solve problems strategically.

THE ROLE

The Store Manager will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team of individuals to provide an exceptional client experience and to utilize entrepreneurial skills to develop and grow the business.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Motivate and inspire the team to drive results through effective training, accountability and celebrating successes
  • Develop business strategies, set achievable goals and targets and implement incentives to achieve individual and store sales targets
  • Contribute to the store results by impacting the quality of the customer journey, building client loyalty and supporting long term effective relationships
  • Maintain an active social relationship with clients and community by understanding the needs and changes of the market
  • Demonstrate operational excellence in all store processes including managing and balancing all related budgetary expenses, stock optimization, inventory cycle counts and shrink
  • Ensure store presentation and visual merchandising standards are maintained according to Company directives
  • Drive all business categories through product and clienteling strategy
  • Leverage CRM tools to further attract, retain and engage clientele
  • Recruit, develop and coach a team of diverse and talented individuals
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
  • 5–8 years of experience as a retail leader, with luxury fashion or retail experience strongly preferred
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive results and solve problems strategically and adaptively
  • Influential and relationship-driven interpersonal skills
  • Elevated customer service approach; a true fashion expert with a passion for sales, styling, and clienteling
  • Demonstrated strength in talent development and people leadership
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
WHAT WE OFFER YOU
  • The expected pay range for this position is $120,000 - $130,000 CAD per year, plus bonus. Placement within the range will be determined by experience, skills, performance, and other job-related factors
