Brunello Cucinelli is seeking a Department Manager for either the Mens or Womens collections in a luxury in-store environment. You will lead the sales team, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and drive sales and operational targets.
Reporting to the Store Manager, you will develop staff, build client relationships, and maintain visual standards. The role requires 3–4 years in luxury retail and availability for varied hours, including weekends.

Who you are:
Reporting to the Store Manager, the Department Manager, overseeing either the Mens or Womens collections, function as an ambassador of the brand while leading the sales team to offer an exceptional customer experience and meet sales and operational objectives in store. The Mens / Womens Department Manager is accountable for leading their department while supporting the Store Manager in ensuring a highly productive work environment, supporting the overall people management initiatives of the business, and in the absence of the Store Manager, they are responsible for the success of the business.

In accordance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this position is $90,000 to $110,000 CAD per year. Compensation discussions will be conducted openly during the interview process. Offers are determined based on a variety of factors, including relevant skills, training, years of experience related to the role, education, and our organizational structure.
