Job summary

JRoss Recruiters is seeking a dynamic retail store leader to drive exceptional service, coach a high-performing team, and exceed sales targets in a premium menswear environment.

You will oversee daily operations, merchandising, scheduling, and loss prevention while fostering a culture of professionalism and personalized client care.
