Judith & Charles Halifax is seeking a passionate Store Manager to lead our boutique and deliver an elevated client experience that reflects our brand’s craftsmanship. • 2+ years of retail management experience in fashion, luxury, or premium retail.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
• Strong sales and clienteling skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team, recruit, onboard, coach, and develop Stylists and Key Holders; foster a collaborative, results-driven culture; conduct coaching conversations and performance reviews.
• Deliver an exceptional and personalized luxury shopping experience; build and maintain long-term client relationships through outreach and styling appointments; drive sales to meet KPIs.
• Maintain impeccable store presentation and visual merchandising standards; execute seasonal floor sets and product launches; ensure brand presentation at all times.
• Oversee daily store operations, opening/closing procedures, inventory accuracy, transfers, replenishment, and adherence to policies and procedures; analyze sales performance for growth opportunities.

What You'll Do

Leadership & Team Development

• Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop a team of Stylists and Key Holders
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and results-driven store culture
• Lead by example on the sales floor, setting the standard for client service and professionalism
• Conduct regular coaching conversations, performance reviews, and development planning
• Create schedules that support both business needs and team success

Client Experience & Sales

• Deliver an exceptional and personalized luxury shopping experience
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through outreach, styling appointments, and follow-up communication
• Drive sales performance and consistently achieve store goals and KPIs
• Identify opportunities to increase client retention and grow the boutique’s client book
• Lead local networking and community engagement initiatives

Visual Merchandising & Brand Presentation

• Maintain impeccable store presentation and visual merchandising standards
• Execute seasonal floor sets, product launches, and promotional initiatives
• Ensure the boutique reflects the Judith & Charles brand at all times

Operations & Inventory Management

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Manage inventory accuracy, stock organization, transfers, and replenishment
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational proceduresAnalyze sales performance and utilize reporting tools to identify opportunities for growth

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of retail management experience, preferably in fashion, luxury, or premium retail
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
• Strong sales and clienteling skills
