Job summary

Value Buds in Toronto is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily cannabis retail operations, build a high‑performing team, and drive sales while upholding regulatory compliance.

You will own store results, deliver an exceptional customer experience, recruit and coach staff, manage inventory and merchandising, and ensure accurate reporting and budgeting in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in retail or customer service with leadership responsibility.
• Strong sales skills and ability to meet KPIs and budgets.
• Experience in cannabis or regulated retail is preferred.
• Cannabis selling certification (Selling It Right/CRTP/CRWTP/CanSell) is a plus.
• Ability to pass Criminal Record Check and meet provincial age requirements.

Responsibilities
