Job summary

Value Buds is seeking a motivated Keyholder to be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional service while guiding customers through the cannabis retail experience. You will support teammates, lead by example, and take ownership during shifts in a fast-paced store.

The role emphasizes strong communication, a customer-first mindset, and adherence to regulatory requirements, with opportunities for growth and ongoing training within Value Buds.

Qualifications

• Retail or hospitality experience preferred.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming experience for every customer.
• Provide product recommendations and cannabis education.
• Support daily operations including merchandising and store upkeep.
• Operate the POS, handle payments, and issue receipts.
• Restock shelves, receive deliveries, and complete basic inventory checks.
• Ensure compliance with cannabis regulations, including ID verification.
