Job summary

JRoss Recruiters seeks a Store Leader to guide a premium menswear boutique in Saskatoon. You will lead, coach, and inspire a team to deliver outstanding service while achieving sales targets, and oversee daily operations from scheduling to inventory and loss prevention.

You'll foster a culture of professionalism, build lasting client relationships, partner with regional teams on visual and promotional strategies, and drive store profitability through exceptional coaching and hands-on leadership

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in fashion or specialty retail, preferably in menswear or premium apparel.
• A strong sense of personal style and a genuine interest in helping others dress with confidence.
• Excellent people skills—you’re a natural coach, communicator, and motivator.
• Business acumen: you know your numbers and how to translate them into smart, actionable strategies.
• A hands-on, lead-by-example approach on the floor—especially during peak periods and key client interactions.
