Job summary

Showcase in Canada is seeking a Store Manager to lead the growth of top-line sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Reporting to the District Manager, you will recruit, coach and inspire a high-performing team while upholding brand standards.

You bring at least two years of retail management experience, with a passion for people, energy and product knowledge. You will create an engaging, interactive store atmosphere and drive daily performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' manager experience in a retail environment.
• Clear and engaging communication skills are essential.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, holidays.
• Demonstration experience is an asset.
