Job summary

Showcase is seeking a Part-Time Team Lead in Mississauga to drive top-line sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will train and guide a diverse team, delivering energetic store demos and maintaining expert product knowledge.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in specialty retail (mall-based preferred), strong communication, and the ability to inspire others. Flexible scheduling and a fun, dynamic workplace are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of successful retail experience, preferably mall-based.
• Excellent communicator with confidence presenting to an audience.
• In tune with social media platforms and trends.
• Effective coach who can inspire top performers.
• Superior time management and organizational skills.
• Flexible availability – including days, nights, weekends, holidays.
• Demonstration experience is an asset and FUN!

• Create a fun and interactive atmosphere, including storefront demos
• Ensure the Team meets sales goals and key metrics
• Executing company standards in all store operations

What you’ll need to be successful…

• A minimum of 2 years experience with a successful track record in specialty retail, preferably mall-based retail (Required)
• An excellent communicator who is not afraid to be in front of an audience
• In tune with various social media platforms
• An effective coach who has the ability to inspire top performers
• Superior time management and organizational skills
• Flexible availability – including days, nights, weekends, holidays. Please note that open availability is mandatory for this particular role.
