Job summary

Showcase in Canada is seeking a Store Manager to lead a dynamic retail team and drive top-line sales while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of retail management experience, strong leadership and coaching skills, and the ability to energize the store through product knowledge, demos, and a compelling in-store atmosphere. Flexibility with hours is required and FUN is encouraged.

Reporting to your District Manager, you are responsible for the growth of top line sales and provide an exceptional customer experience.

• Accountable for recruiting, developing and retaining top talent
• High level of passion and energy, while providing an expert level of product knowledge
• Create a fun and interactive atmosphere, including store front demos
• Ensure your Team meets sales goals and key metrics
• Executing company standards in all store operations

What you’ll need to be successful…

• A minimum of two years’ manager experience in a retail environment

• Effective coach who has the ability to inspire top performers
• Superior time management and organizational skills
