Job summary

Showcase, Home of the Hottest Trends, is seeking a Store Manager to lead a retail team and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will recruit, coach and develop staff, manage operations, and execute sales strategies to grow top-line revenue.

You’ll report to the District Manager and foster an engaging, energetic store environment with hands-on leadership and product knowledge. This salaried role offers growth and a dynamic retail culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ manager experience in a retail environment.
• Strong customer focus with clear and engaging communication skills.
• Effective coach who can inspire top performers.
• Superior time management and organizational skills.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, holidays.
• Demonstration experience is an asset.
