Job summary

Showcase, the home of the hottest trends and one of Canada's best managed companies, is hiring for Part-Time Associates. Our stores bring to life the world’s hottest products with an engaging and interactive experience for customers.

You will demonstrate and sell trending products, maximize sales through customer engagement and suggestive selling, and contribute to a fun, energetic team environment across flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fun and interactive guest experience by demonstrating and selling products.
• Maximize store sales by achieving personal productivity goals as part of an energetic team.
• Engage customers, drive suggestive selling, and share product knowledge.
• Assist with daily store tasks such as merchandising, price changes, stock.

What we’re looking for…

As we continue our growth we are looking for people who will provide a fun and unique guest experience by demonstrating and selling the hottest trending products in retail. You will be asked to maximize the sales of the store by achieving and surpassing personal productivity goals while being a part of an exciting and highly energetic team environment.

What you’ll be doing…

• High level of passion and energy, while providing an expert level of product knowledge
• Create a fun and interactive atmosphere, including storefront demos
• Drive sales through the engagement of customers, suggestive selling and sharing product knowledge
• Achieve and maintain sales goals and key metrics
• Assist in daily store tasks, such as merchandising, price changes, stock
