Job summary

Laura Canada is seeking a Store Manager to lead a dynamic fashion-focused team and deliver memorable shopping experiences. You will mentor staff, drive sales objectives and maintain exceptional customer service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a store management position.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, develop and coach team members on exemplary customer service, program promotion, product knowledge and current trends.
• Ensure that all key financial objectives are met (sales, closing ratio, dollars per transaction, units per transaction).
• Schedule effectively to provide optimal floor coverage.
• Act as a stylist to build a personalized wardrobe for customers.
• Monitor team performance (appraisals, coaching, conflict resolution, disciplinary action).
• Collaborate with merchandising to maintain standards and attractive presentation of merchandise.
• Support daily operations such as receiving merchandise, price changes, shipping orders/transfers and housekeeping.

• Recruit, onboard, develop and coach team members on exemplary customer service, the promotion of different programs, product knowledge and current trends.
• Ensure that all key financial objectives established are met (sales, closing ratio, dollars per transaction, units per transaction, etc.).
• Schedules effectively to provide optimal floor coverage.
• Act as a stylist to build a personalized wardrobe to the customer.
• Monitor team performance (appraisal, ongoing coaching, conflict resolution, disciplinary action, etc.).
• Collaborate with the person in charge of merchandising to ensure compliance with standards and guidelines while having an attractive presentation of merchandise.
• Support daily operations such as receiving merchandise, changing prices, shipping orders/transfers and keeping the store clean.
