Arc’teryx Vancouver is seeking a Store Leader to guide a team of product guides and partners with the Store Manager to deliver exceptional guest experiences across in-store and community initiatives. You will lead with a focus on people development, coaching, and operational excellence, balancing autonomy with collaboration, while driving profitability and brand growth in the Vancouver market.

• 2–3 years of leadership and retail management experience.
• Dynamic leadership to recruit, hire, train, lead, motivate, retain and develop future leaders.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and drive to achieve great results.
• Passion for service and delivering an exceptional guest experience.
• Proven budgeting, forecasting, and profit optimization skills.
• Strong communication; able to lead across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a high-performing team aligned with Arc’teryx values.
• Oversee store floor operations across experience, product, community, and people.
• Hire, train, and develop future leaders and manage performance.
• Partner with Store Manager to plan store events and community engagement.
