ARC’TERYX in Canada seeks an Assistant Store Manager to lead a high-energy team, upholding the Arc’teryx Vision, Purpose, and Values while delivering best-in-class guest experiences. You will oversee training, coaching, and development, ensuring a strong brand presence and community involvement.

You will manage the floor, collaborate on events, and drive profitability through guest and team engagement, with a focus on leadership development and daily floor leadership five days a week.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of leadership and retail management experience.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with ability to evolve to achieve results.
• Passion for service and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Proven financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and profit accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in alignment with Arc’teryx Vision, Purpose, and Values.
• Oversee floor leadership across experience, product, and people pillars.
• Coach and train high-performing teams through Arc’teryx Guest Journey.
• Develop store leadership talent in partnership with Store Manager.
• Manage onboarding through offboarding and ensure engagement and profitability.
