Job summary

Arc’teryx is seeking a Store Lead in Canada to guide a team of Product Guides and oversee guest experience across all store pillars. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to coach staff, manage inventory, and ensure top-tier service.

The role requires leadership and retail experience, the ability to lift up to 30 lbs, and a strong commitment to safety and community engagement. This is a full-time on-site position in Halifax.

Qualifications

• One or more years of leadership experience and 1–2 years of retail experience.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experience and coaching others.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs and adapt to fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead in alignment with Arc'teryx Vision, Purpose and Values.
• Support in-store guest experience and sales floor awareness.
• Coach product guides to deliver world-class guest experience.
• Oversee floor leadership across five pillars: experience, product, community, operations, people.
• Manage inventory activities including receiving, restocking and merchandising.
• Process guest transactions using POS and handle returns/ warranties.
