Job summary

Arc’teryx is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Vancouver to lead a dynamic team and deliver best-in-class guest experiences. You will guide floor leadership across five pillars: experience, product, community, operations, and people, while partnering with the Store Manager to drive growth and engagement.

You’ll be responsible for coaching, staffing, and developing leaders, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service and achieving bold objectives in-store and within the local

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of leadership and retail management experience.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with drive to achieve results.
• Passion for service and delivering an exceptional guest experience.
• Proven financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting sales, gross margin, and profitability.
• Ability to set a clear vision, align the team to goals and drive commitment.
• Strong written and verbal communication; excellent time management and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in alignment with Arc’teryx Vision, Purpose and Values.
• Oversee and coach the floor operations across experience, product, community, operations and people.
• Support training and development of a high-performing team via Arc’teryx programs.
• Lead by example and empower the team to self-lead through development plans.
• Develop store leadership talent in partnership with the Store Manager.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, including performance management.
