Job summary

ARC’TERYX is seeking a Store Lead in Edmonton to drive the guest experience and coach a team of Product Guides. You’ll lead across experience, product, community, operations and people, partnering with Store leadership to evolve practices.

You are product-obsessed, outdoor-focused, and ready to coach others while upholding health & safety standards. This role requires strong communication and a hands-on leadership style, with closing/opening duties and active store management.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of leadership experience and 1–2 years in retail roles.
• Strong customer service mindset with ability to coach others.
• Able to set a clear vision and drive team toward shared goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead in alignment with Arc’teryx Vision, Purpose and Values.
• Support in-store experience and manage floor activity.
• Coach product guides to deliver world-class guest experiences.
• Lead from the floor and guide daily operations five days a week.
• Oversee inventory, receiving, restocking, and merchandising.
• Communicate initiatives and priorities to the team.
• Manage sales targets, labor and budget considerations.
• Coordinate events with partners and manage store communications.
