Qualifications

• 1 year people management experience.
• Experience managing retail operations and labor planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations, people management, and guest experience on the shop floor.
• Drive store visual merchandising, product strategy, and inventory accuracy.
• Plan quarterly/seasonal store strategy, budget, and labor requirements.
• Manage P&L goals and drive profitability.
