Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead in Calgary to ensure every guest receives a high-quality in-store experience. You will lead from the floor, deliver technical product education, and drive store performance on guest experience and daily sales targets.

The role involves participating in hiring decisions, coaching team members, and maintaining an inclusive, energetic store environment. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience.
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver an exceptional and inclusive guest experience.
• Provide or oversee technical product education to articulate value to guests.
• Act as Supervisor on Duty to guide store operations during shifts.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding and training of team members.
• Review daily data to track progress toward sales goals and motivate the team.
