Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Product Operations Lead to join the store leadership team. You will manage inventory shifts, back-of-house operations, and ensure the floor is well-stocked with a world-class guest experience.

You will contribute to performance evaluations, hiring recommendations, and act as Supervisor on Duty when on the floor. The role emphasizes collaboration with leadership, inventory accuracy, and training others to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience in retail, inventory, or related fields.
• Experience leading or coaching others and implementing processes.
• Some experience with inventory management, product/visual merchandising, stocking, or planning using business tech.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to execute product strategy and inventory actions.
• Lead inventory processing with SOPs and ensure accuracy across floor and back of house.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate findings to support sell-through and product availability.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and training for store staff.
• Provide direct feedback and coaching to team members to develop skills and performance.
