Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to ensure every guest receives a high-quality in-store experience by providing technical product education and leading the floor. You will be part of the store leadership team, driving performance on the floor and guiding daily sales or unit targets.

As part of the leadership group, you will contribute to hiring decisions, supervise on duty, and foster an inclusive, energetic environment focused on exceptional service and team development.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or customer experience.
• Experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating to others.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Bring the lululemon guest experience framework to life, leading from the floor to establish an exceptional and inclusive guest experience.
• Continuously assess the level of guest connection and technical product education, ensuring every guest receives technical product education and assisting when needed.
• Move dynamically and lead from the floor as the Supervisor on Duty to assess and fulfill the needs of the business, team, and guests.
• Conduct preparation activities to ensure in-store readiness for guests and ensure operational excellence.
• Open and close the store in accordance with procedures.
• Review and interpret daily business data and metrics to track progress toward sales goals and motivate team.
• Participate in hiring process, including recruitment, selection and onboarding, and training.
• Address team member performance and support ongoing learning with feedback and coaching.
• Create an inclusive team environment and engaging, productive interactions.
