lululemon in British Columbia, Canada, is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest experiences in our retail store. You will engage with guests, share top-quality product education, and reflect our community and culture in every interaction.

You will move across the floor, support store operations, and participate in omnichannel programs while upholding our inclusive, energetic environment.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willing to work in an environment with bright lights and loud music.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience that respects guests’ time.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized, effective purchase and return solutions.
• Provide technical product education by articulating product value and benefits.
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests and support store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and partner with store leadership to take action.
