Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to ensure every guest receives a quality in-store experience. You will lead from the floor, provide technical product education, and act as Supervisor on Duty to drive sales and engage the team.

You will participate in hiring, coaching, and developing staff while maintaining an inclusive, high-energy environment that aligns with lululemon's values and standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver an exceptional guest experience
• Educate guests on products and provide technical product education
• Serve as Supervisor on Duty and drive store performance on the floor
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and store readiness
• Review daily data and motivate the team toward sales goals
