lululemon in Ottawa is hiring an Assistant Manager, Guest Experience to lead from the floor and ensure our team and guests receive a quality experience every day.

You will coach and develop team members, uphold store standards, and partner with the Store Manager on hiring, performance, and store operations. This role requires strong leadership, a commitment to inclusive culture, and a focus on exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• 1 year people management experience.
• 1 year leadership experience including managing business operations and administration.
• 1 year retail or sales management experience.
• Experience recruiting, hiring, or training employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead an inclusive team environment and celebrate differences.
• Support Store Manager in hiring and building a diverse team.
• Provide direct feedback and coaching for team development.
• Lead performance management and documentation processes.
• Deliver exceptional guest experience on the floor with product education.
• Maintain efficient floor coverage and operations.
• Resolve guest feedback and escalations.
• Review business data to inform planning (P&L, sales, hiring).
• Maintain product presentation and visual merchandising.
• Open and close the store according to procedures.
• Accountable for budget and labor hours.
• Lead subset of store employees as delegated by Store Manager.
