lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead in Winnipeg to drive an exceptional in-store guest experience and lead the floor as Supervisor on Duty. You will educate guests on product value, coach team members, and help meet daily sales targets.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (nice to have)

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to create an exceptional and inclusive guest experience.
• Provide technical product education to guests and support teammates when needed.
• Oversee store readiness and maintain operational excellence throughout shifts.
• Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training of team members.
• Review daily data to track sales progress and motivate the team.
• Open and close the store per procedures.
• Act as Supervisor on Duty to guide the floor during shifts.
