Job summary

Sephora Canada is seeking a Stage Experience Lead to oversee all sales floor departments at BC-Oakridge Park, Vancouver. The role emphasizes delivering Sephora’s selling model and outstanding client service to help the store meet objectives.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in a similar role, strong communication skills, and the ability to build and coach teams while supporting in-store events and performance development.

Qualifications

• One to three years’ experience in a similar role at a similar volume store.
• Excellent verbal/written communications skills and ability to influence business partners.
• Proven ability to build teams and train staff to drive sales and client service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all sales floor departments within the Sephora location.
• Ensure on-stage cast execute Sephora’s selling model and deliver outstanding client service.
• Respond promptly to client feedback and collaborate with management on improvements.
• Support in-store events and coaching to drive sales and achieve store goals.
• Provide regular feedback and development check-ins for direct reports.
