Job summary

Sephora Canada is seeking a Stage Experience and Services Manager for the BC-Kamloops store to lead all aspects of the sales experience, services, classes and events at the location.

You will develop the Color, Skin, Fragrance, Cash wrap teams, oversee Services Coordinators, Senior Artists (SA), Senior Skincare Advisors (SSA) and Personal Beauty Advisors (PBA) roles, and drive training, hiring and engagement to exceed company objectives while delivering outstanding client service.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of leadership experience in a similar retail environment.
• Proven ability to build and develop top-performing store teams.
• Experience hiring and training cast in a high-volume setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all sales experiences, services, classes and events in the Kamloops Sephora store.
• Lead and coach store teams including SA/SSA/PBA and coordinators.
• Manage hiring, training, and performance to exceed company objectives.
• Respond to client feedback and drive exceptional client service.
