Sephora Canada is seeking a Stage Experience Lead for a full-time, on-site role in a bustling Saskatoon store. You will oversee all sales floor departments, ensuring flawless execution of Sephora’s selling model and outstanding client service to meet and exceed objectives.

The role emphasizes leadership, event support, and performance development, with opportunities to train staff and drive sales while maintaining a strong client focus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a similar role at a similarly busy store.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Proven ability to build teams by attracting and developing store leaders who train cast to drive sales and client service.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Sephora’s selling model is executed on stage across departments.
• Support training for Client Interactive Technology and related tools.
• Assist in-store events to meet store goals and client needs.
• Coach team in performance management and provide timely feedback.
• Foster an entrepreneurial approach by monitoring sales performance and opportunities.
