Sephora Canada is seeking a Stage Experience Lead to oversee all sales floor departments within a Sephora location, including Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, and Haircare, or combinations. This full-time role focuses on executing Sephora’s selling model and delivering exceptional client service to meet store objectives.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to recruit and develop store leaders who can train the team to drive

• Ability to influence business partners at all levels in a clear and concise manner.
• Proven ability to create teams by attracting and identifying talented store leaders who can train and develop cast to drive sales and deliver outstanding client service.

Responsabilidades

• Client Experience: Ensure all on-stage cast properly execute Sephora’s selling model and respond to client feedback per department.
• Embracing Innovation: Ensure staff are trained in Client Interactive Technology.
• Event Management: Support in-store events to help meet store goals and client needs.
• Performance Assessment & Development: Coach performance, provide timely feedback, and conduct regular check-ins with direct reports.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit: Demonstrate understanding of store sales performance and opportunities.
