Job summary

Sephora Canada in Winnipeg is seeking a Stage Experience Manager, Stores, to lead the client experience across the MB-Lindenwoods location. You will oversee the Beauty, Skin and Fragrance Studio, manage services and classes, and develop beauty advisors and senior artistry roles.

You will drive staff training, scheduling, and vendor engagement, while ensuring service standards and a smooth in-store flow.

Qualifications

• Two to four years’ experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
• Excellent verbal/written communications skills and the ability to influence business partners at all levels.
• Proven ability to create teams by attracting and identifying talented store leaders who can train and develop cast to drive sales and deliver outstanding client service.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the daily operations of the Beauty, Skin and Fragrance Studio.
• Ensure advisors are trained and leverage technology to elevate in-store services.
• Manage the Services online reservation system and staffing to ensure smooth client flow.
• Train beauty advisors for new hires and ongoing sessions.
• Support visual merchandising and store standards.
• Engage with brand representatives and provide feedback on training.
