Job summary

Sephora Canada in Edmonton is seeking a Team Lead, Operations to drive store-level performance and operational excellence.

You will manage the Operations team, oversee staffing, inventory, visual merchandising, and budget adherence, while delivering exceptional client service and coaching for the team. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and hands-on store knowledge to maintain Sephora standards.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years' experience in a similar role at a similar volume store.
• Proven ability to influence peers and provide feedback.
• Strong store operations skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store operations and ensure processes meet company standards.
• Manage inventory, shipping, receiving, and cycle counts.
• Oversee visual merchandising and cleaning crews per standards.
• Control budget and supplies, testers, and samples.
• Participate in performance management and provide feedback.
• Act as Manager on Duty; engage with beauty advisors and clients.
• Develop budget strategies and analyze sales and payroll metrics.
