Job summary

Randstad North America is seeking a Staffing Consultant for our Specialized Skilled Trades Division in the GTA. You will drive business development and manage full-cycle recruitment across the high-demand market, building relationships with hiring managers and delivering top talent for temporary and direct-hire roles.

You will thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment with a hybrid work model, travel to client sites, and a focus on results.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales, business development, and full-cycle recruitment experience within the staffing industry.
• Direct, hands-on experience recruiting or selling within the Skilled Trades market.
• Strong history of being the best at whatever you have done in the past.
• Prior experience working in a team-oriented and fast-paced organization.
• Track record of delivering results in a metrics-driven environment.
• Passion for results, resilience, self-confidence, and the desire to do an exceptional job.
• Reliable access to a personal vehicle to visit client sites across the GTA, as many locations are in areas where public transportation is not available.

Responsibilities
