Canadian Executive Search Group Inc. (CES), a division of The Arrow Group of Companies, is seeking a results-driven Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team onsite in London, Ontario.

This role focuses on technical and professional recruiting across industrial and manufacturing environments. You will manage the full lifecycle for technical, professional, and leadership openings within automation, automotive, industrial, and greenhouse sectors, partnering with clients and candidates to

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical recruiting experience in an agency or corporate environment.
• Recruitment experience in Skilled Trades, Engineering, IT, Management, and Executive-level roles.
• Experience recruiting in Automation, Automotive, Industrial/Manufacturing, and Agricultural/Greenhouse sectors.
• Hiring internationally within Canada, USA, Mexico, Europe.

Responsibilities

• Review and prioritize open requisitions across multiple sectors.
• Create, post, and manage job advertisements on various platforms.
• Headhunt and source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, networking, referrals, and other sourcing tools.
• Screen candidates via phone, virtual, and in-person interviews.
• Match candidate qualifications to requisitions and submit resumes to hiring managers.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
• Manage the full hiring process from requisition intake through offer acceptance.
• Conduct employment references and background verification coordination.
• Perform market surveys and compensation benchmarking to support recruiting strategies.
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS/HRIS system.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates.

About the Opportunity

Canadian Executive Search Group Inc. (CES), a division of The Arrow Group of Companies, is seeking a results-driven Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. This role is ideal for a recruitment professional with a strong background in technical and professional recruiting across industrial and manufacturing environments.

The successful candidate will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of technical, professional, and leadership positions within automation, automotive, industrial, and agricultural/greenhouse sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and prioritize open requisitions across multiple business sectors.
• Create, post, and manage job advertisements on various recruiting platforms.
• Proactively headhunt and source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, networking, referrals, and other sourcing tools.
• Conduct candidate screening, phone interviews, virtual interviews, and in-person interviews.
• Match candidate qualifications to the appropriate open requisitions and submit resumes to hiring managers.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
• Manage and track the entire hiring process from requisition intake through offer acceptance.
• Conduct employment references, background verification coordination, and candidate follow-up.
• Perform market surveys and compensation benchmarking to support recruiting strategies.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within the company ATS/HRIS system.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a high-quality recruitment experience.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical recruiting experience in an agency or corporate recruiting environment.
• Proven recruitment experience in the following areas:
• Skilled Trades
• Engineering
• Information Technology (IT)
• Management
• Executive-level recruitment
• Experience recruiting within one or more of the following industries:
• Automation
• Automotive
• Industrial/Manufacturing
• Agricultural and Greenhouse Operations
• Strong understanding of technical job requirements, manufacturing operations, and industrial workforce needs.
• Hiring internationally within Canada, USA, Mexico, Europe

Technical Skills

Demonstrated experience using:

• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Google Workspace / Google Suite
• HRIS and ATS systems
• Customer hiring portals / vendor management systems
• LinkedIn Recruiter
• Indeed Employer tools

Preferred Skills

• Strong sourcing and networking abilities for hard-to-fill technical positions.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Knowledge of Ontario employment and recruitment best practices is considered an asset.
