Staff Product Marketing Manager, Infrastructure

Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the GTM strategy for Okta’s infrastructure and trust offerings, including Enhanced Disaster Recovery, new compliance cells, Terraform integrations, Okta MCP Server, and SDKs.
  • Develop compelling and differentiated product messaging and positioning that resonates with our target personas: security professionals, IT administrators, and Auth0 developers.
  • Create high-impact content, including white papers, technical briefs, blog posts, and presentations, to support product launches and ongoing campaigns.
  • Arm the sales organization with the knowledge and tools they need to effectively sell our infrastructure and trust solutions, including sales decks, battlecards, and training materials.
  • Work cross-functionally with product management, corporate marketing, and other teams to ensure a cohesive and impactful GTM approach.
  • Stay on top of market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs to inform product strategy and messaging.
Required Skills and Experience
  • 6+ years of product marketing experience, with a strong background in cybersecurity, identity, or infrastructure.
  • Proven ability to understand and market to a developer audience, with knowledge of developer tools, APIs, and SDKs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for translating complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and compelling messaging.
  • Strong ability to work cross-functionally and manage senior stakeholders.
  • High sense of urgency and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Extra Credit
  • Experience with cloud security, infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform), or disaster recovery solutions.
  • Technical background, such as a CS degree or previous engineering experience.
  • Experience with Auth0 products.

The annual OTE range for this position for candidates located in California (excluding San Francisco Bay Area), Colorado, Illinois, New York, and Washington is between $147,000 and $221,000 USD.

The annual OTE range for this position for candidates located in Canada is between $125,000 and $175,000 CAD.
