Job summary

COHO is seeking a Training Supervisor to lead the Staff Development Program, coordinate onboarding and ongoing training, and ensure curricula stay current with governance, client service standards, and risk management.

The role partners with the COO and management to coach staff, assess competency, provide feedback, support probation, and maintain learning resources while upholding COHO values. Regular travel to client sites is required.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of progressive experience as a COHO Management Coordinator.
• Experience designing and delivering adult learning and workplace training.
• Strong knowledge of co‑operative housing, governance, client service, workflows and risk escalation.
• Advanced Microsoft 365 skills and ARCORI or comparable property management systems.
• Ability to develop practical documentation, assess competency and improve training based on evidence.
• Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, organization, time‑management and conflict‑resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the ongoing development and continuous improvement of COHO's Staff Development Program.
• Design and coordinate onboarding and structured training for new coordinators within their first two weeks.
• Develop and maintain learning pathways for employees throughout their first year and beyond.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, guidance, and developmental support to staff.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance and management to identify training gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain client assignments for operational awareness and staff development; participate in meetings and site visits.
