Clean Harbors is seeking a Training Coordinator to support our Training and Development team in a Temporary/Seasonal capacity. The role focuses on administrative coordination, training compliance audits, and accurate records management to ensure proper mobilization and regulatory alignment.

The ideal candidate brings at least one year of adult learning or customer service experience, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year of adult learning/training experience.
  • Minimum of one year of customer service experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel knowledge.
  • Advanced computer proficiency to troubleshoot and support users on desktop and mobile devices.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide in-person and remote technical support to employees using the Learning Management System (LMS), including login assistance, course access, and troubleshooting system issues.
  • Perform comprehensive training compliance audits to verify completion of required certifications, orientations, and regulatory training prior to mobilization or job assignment.
  • Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date training records, ensuring documentation is properly entered, filed, and aligned with company and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor employee training progress and proactively follow up on outstanding requirements to ensure ongoing compliance with internal policies and industry standards.
  • Serve as a point of contact for training-related inquiries, delivering timely, professional, and customer-focused support.
