Location Description

Our Canadian corporate office is in Toronto, close to nature and charming small towns. The Toronto team, about 40 sales and marketing professionals, focuses on Post’s international presence in North America and beyond. Join us on the forefront of innovation and growth.

Responsibilities

The Sr. Sales Manager will initiate and execute short and long-term plans for the region, develop distributor and customer relationships, approve customer plans, and monitor progress to meet business and financial goals.

  • Lead and develop strong, lasting relationships with distributors and customers.
  • Build annual joint business plans (JBPs), budgets, and forecasts to achieve financial and strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate externally to predict forecasts, manage trade spending, and inform business insights.
  • Champion new product initiatives, trade strategies, and consumer promotions.
  • Develop and implement trade spending and promotion strategies to support revenue targets.
  • Proactively recommend actions to meet financial objectives.
  • Identify new customer opportunities and build business cases with support from other functions.
  • Serve as the regional champion and thought leader within Post.
  • Advocate for international customers at Head Office.
  • Identify growth opportunities within the region.
Working Location

Hybrid at our Toronto office in North York, with a schedule of 3 days in-office (Tue-Thu) and up to 2 remote days.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.

Experience: 8-12 years in a Branded CPG environment.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Customer-focused and results-oriented with a successful track record.
  • Creative problem solver, perseverant with incomplete data or objections.
  • Experience with top-tier multinational CPGs or broker management, including international brokers, is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and analytical skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; multilingual skills are valued.
